Orders and Shipment

Most Oils listed are in stock, but sometimes due to the rarity of certain oils, there may be a delay in getting fresh stock. You will be intimated of such delays and unavailability of the oil, if any.

The oils will be posted within 48 hours of confirmed transaction. As soon as your parcel leaves our premises, a confirmation mail will be sent to the e-mail address as indicated on your order.

We purchase pure, unadulterated essential oils from India and bring you top quality oils at a fair price.

Orders cannot be cancelled when already shipped, and a 20% surcharge will be charged for returned articles, to cover expenses.

Orders cancelled after payment will be charged a surcharge of 10% of total amount paid for the defray of our expenses and nonreturnable charges incurred.

Currently, we accept payments via Paypal, Check or Bank transfer
Online payment will be available shortly as our Shopping Cart will be activated soon.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management' with due reference to the point above. Due to hygiene, only unopened bottles can be returned for credit, and the articles must be in their original state.

Any duties or taxes payable if any, will be for your account.

We will not divulge any information we receive from customers to anyone. We will not rent, sell or give your name or credit card information or purchase history to any other company, agency or individual.
